IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRED?
Yes, the minimum initial order is $250 and the minimum reorder is $100. There are also minimum order requirements for each product type as indicated on each product's page.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM ORDER THAT CAN BE PLACED?
We can accommodate any order quantity.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES OF YOUR WHOLESALE ITEMS?
We are happy to send you a sample of one greeting card, one gift tag and two swatches of wrapping paper. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your address.
WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
All cards are flat printed on premium, heavyweight, slightly textured matte Mohawk Eggshell White Paper. Please note this paper is not a smooth, flat paper; it has a slight texture to it and it is creamy white, not bright white.
WHAT PACKAGING IS USED FOR YOUR CARDS?
Box sets are enclosed in a clear box with a label on the back detailing the design and a small round Dixie sticker on the box front. Gift tags and single cards are enclosed inside a cello sleeve. Wrapping paper rolls have a Dixie label and are shrink wrapped. Items must be displayed and sold in their original packaging; box sets may not be broken up.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AND HOW IS IT SHIPPED?
Orders are typically shipped within ten (10) business days. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS, unless otherwise specified. Items will be packaged in as few boxes as possible for economical shipping costs. Shipping is billed separately before the item ships. Please email email@example.com if you would like to request expedited shipping.
CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
If you need to change or cancel your order after submission, please immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Some of our items are printed on demand, so if the items have already been printed, a portion of the order may not be cancelled. Please know we will do our best to accommodate your request, keeping in mind that those items that have already printed must be shipped.
MAY I RETURN ANY PRODUCT AFTER I RECEIVE IT?
All sales are final after an order is shipped.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If you receive Dixie products damaged in transit, please send a picture of the damaged box and product to email@example.com. We will communicate with the shipping carrier and work to replace your items asap.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, all international orders are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise specified. Shipping is charged separately before the item ships.
